 Entrepreneurial Marketing for Small and Medium Entreprises Business An Exploratory Study on Entrepreneurial Performance Oleh : Iin Mayasari, Anita Maharani, Iyus Wiyadi
Abstract This study is an exploratory study that aims at applying entrepreneurial marketing concepts to identify and understand abilities of small and medium scale businesses to gain performance. Entrepreneurial marketing includes activities to develop and exploit social capital. Entrepreneur performance can be measured by both objective and subjective perspective. Objective perspective is measured using quantitative measurement while subjective perspective is measured by the entrepreneur’s perception on his/her ability to manage the business. Qualitative methodology used in this research was done by interviewing small and medium scale business entrepreneurs.

CONTRIBUTIONS OF DIFFERENT ORGANIZATION POLITICS PERCEPTION Study on Interaction among Perception of Organization Politics, Performance, and Trust on the Role of Compensation
Oleh : Setyabudi Indartono Abstract In order to create a sustainable competitive advantage, companies This paper investigates the contribution of perception of organization politics (PoP) for teacher’s trust building and relation to teacher’s performance. This study was attempted to discern the important features of diferent perceptions of politics at work environment, on teacher’s trust and performance relationship. We proposed three hypotheses. First hypothesis is teacher’s perception of organizational politics will have negative relationship with teacher’s trust, second is teacher’s trust will have positive relationship with teacher’s performance. The 3rd ship to performance significantly (r=0.18, p.<.05). In the case on mediation, trust was fully mediated the relationship between PoP and performance (=-.222**; ’=-.184), and also trust showed moderated the relationship between PoP and performance. Implication of the fndings for organizations and suggestions for future research are discussed.hypothesis was Trust will act as mediation on ther ’s perception of organization politics and performance relationship. The result of this study showed that both first and second hypotheses were accepted. The teacher’s perception of organizational politics showed negative relationship to trust signifcantly (r=-0.30, p<.01) and in case of this study, teacher’s trust showed positive relatin. PENGEMBANGAN IMPLEMENTASI STRATEGI Penelitian atas Pola Kerja Cerdas dan Koordinasi untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Organisasi
Oleh : Widodo Abstract This study based on reserach gap strategy implementation, namely comitmment and quality communication. Contribution in this study is intervening variable smart working and coordination. The respondents for this research were the 120 executives (from a total of 526 executives) of small banking in Central Java Province. The data were then analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Model) of AMOS. Finding result of this study indicates that strategy implementation in the efort increasing organization performance of main preference is trought smart working built trought coordination. MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN DI BANK SYARIAH Penelitian dengan Fuzzy Servqual dan Dimensi Carter
Oleh : Septin Puji Astuti,Wiwik Wilasari & Datien Eriska Utami Abstract SERVQUAL was appliedin this study for measuring service quality in Shariah Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRIS). Due toits shariah characteristic, compliance dimension was integrated into SERVQUAL dimensions and fuzzy theory was integrated for assessing the perception and expectation of customers.T statistic test and GLM modeling was applied to test the signifcant of the gaps of each item and to understand the dimensions which has more contribution to service quality of the bank.From this research, concludes that the gap was signifcant statistically. Furthermore, tangibilitydimension was the worst quality of BRIS, but empathy is the best quality. MEMBANGUN STRATEGI “LOW BUDGET HIGH IMPACT” DI ERA NEW WAVE MARKETING Kajian atas Perusahaan-Perusahaan Top Brand 2000-2007 Oleh : David Sukardi Kodrat Abstract The purpose of this research is to test a new wave marketing phenomena: low budget, high impact marketing. This research uses enterprises which continuously get Top Brand from 2000 to 2007 as a population. Sampling selection is performed based on purposive sampling with object to gain samples according to the research aim. Based on those criteria, there are 19 companies, which have been fulflling the conditions required. The result reveals that coefcients determinants (R2) is 0,430. It means that 43 percents of independent variables (log sales, business ratio and net proft margin) with signifcant infuence to Top Brand Index. The infuential variable to Top Brand Index is Net Proft Margin with positive direction. In other word, the bigger of company’s net proft margin, the bigger of Top Brand Index. It is proofed that winning Top Brands are the brands apply low budget, high impact as phenomena occurred in new wave marketing. Kesalahan dalam penerapan EYD kerap terdapat di dalam naskah. Kesalahan yang paling umum terdapat adalah : - kesalahan penulisan kata baku: sekedar, hembus, silahkan, ketinggalan;
- kesalahan pemilihan kata (diksi): kilah, bergeming, acuh;
- kesalahan pemenggalan kata (utamanya juga diakibatkan sistem otomatis pemenggalan dalam program komputer berbasis bahasa Inggris);
- kesalahan penggunaan tanda baca, terutama tanda tanya (?) dan tanda koma (,);
- kesalahan penggunaan huruf kapital;
- kesalahan penulisan unsur serapan:
- frekwensi, hipotesa, aktifitas.
Kesalahan seperti ini meskipun tidak mengubah makna, jelas merepotkan dan mengganggu kelancaran baca. Karena itu, apabila ada naskah yang kacau dalam penerapan EYD, penerbit akan menyarankan untuk memperbaiki terlebih dahulu dengan catatan ide naskah sangat baik.
